Do you offer same-day dispatch?

Yes! All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day from our UK warehouse.

How long does delivery take in the UK?

We use 48-hour tracked delivery for all orders. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we’re working on expanding. Stay tuned!

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You have 14 days to return your item from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Email us to get started.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item.

Is your checkout secure?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your products brand new?

Yes, all our products are brand new, authentic, and sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Many are limited-time deals from clearance deals.

What does “short-dated” mean?

This means the product has a best before date within 6 months, which is still perfectly safe and good to use. We clearly list expiry dates in product descriptions.

Can I pre-order items?

Yes, if an item is marked as "Coming Soon" you can pre-order and we’ll ship it as soon as it arrives. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each listing.
